RENDERING SUPERVISOR B SHIFT

Qualifications:   Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally.Previous experiences in rendering and management positionsElectrical and mechanical background preferred but not requiredAbility to manage and work with peopleComputer skills requiredCollege preferred but not required Minimum of High School diploma, GED or equivalent                                                    RESPONSIBILITIES:    Monitor product by paying attention to yields and qualityReview equipment for proper functions and cleanlinessMake sure employees have reported for work and put proper alternates in place if not presentObserve that employees are correctly and safely performing their jobsUpdate maintenance with any equipment or machinery problemsSuggest methods in improving productionTroubleshoot equipment operationsSample products for quality and moisture levels every hourAdjust production according to what fabrication produces and sends to renderingRecommend ways to run equipment and machinery in a more effective mannerThe applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coveragePaid Time off: sick leave, vacation and 6 company observed holidays;401(k): eligible after the 1st day of employment including company match which begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting scheduleThis position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan; the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;The company is dedicated to ensuring a safe and secure environment for our team members and visitors.
