Summary: Seeking a REMOTE UX Researcher with expertise in user experience research, strategy, and design to join our team.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Minimum of 5 years in a user experience role, including UX research and UX strategy

Experience planning, conducting and summarizing user research and design workshops

Proficiency in tools such as Dovetail, Lookback, Validately, Qualtrics, or Miro

Excellent presentation skills

Preferred Skills:

Degree in Anthropology, Sociology, Psychology, Human Computer Interaction or similar field

HVAC or manufacturing industry experience

Experience with web and mobile design in an agile environment

Comfortable working with UX research and design agencies

Creating and testing Information architectures & Micro-copy

Knowledge of graphic design best practices (color theory, brand standards)

Experience with Figma, Axure, Sketch, Adobe XD, Omnigraffle, Balsalmiq or other wireframing and interactive prototyping tools

Micro-copy experience

Quantitative research skills

Responsibilities:

Conducting 80% user experience research/analysis

Performing 20% strategic user experience tasks

Testing designs and providing feedback to ensure they work as intended

Understanding needs of dealers and building digital tools for them

Conducting User Experience/Usability Research

 

 

 

 

Pay Details: $50.00 to $55.00 per hour
