Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Service Mapping Developer for a large client and the position is fully remote. In this role, you will build service maps using the top down approach. Skills and Requirements - Minimum of 5 years of experience of ServiceNow platform experience, and 10 years of total IT experience - Deep understanding of ServiceNow CMDB - Hands-on experience with Discovery and Service Mapping modules -MID server configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting - Strong scripting experience in Javascript for ServiceNow scripting - Experience building service maps using the top down approach - Strong communication and collaboration skills - ability to speak directly to business users and non-technical audience -ServiceNow Admin Certified -ServiceNow Service Mapping Implementation Certified - ServiceNow Discovery Implementation Certified -ServiceNow Event management Implementation Certified -ServiceNow Event management experience
