Problemanalyse und Beseitigung von Störungen per Remote an CISCO Unified Communications Lösungen2th Level Support - technische Unterstützung bei der Entstörung komplexer SystemkonfigurationenPro­blem­ana­ly­se und Be­sei­ti­gung von Stö­run­gen an 3rd Party ApplikationenErarbeitung von Lösungsvorschlägen und Workarounds zur Umsetzung durch den Kunden oder einen Techniker vor OrtBearbeitung und Be­treu­ung von technischen Eskalationen an den HerstellerKundenbetreuung im Rahmen der bestehenden ServiceverträgeUmsetzung von Standard und Non-Standard-Changes und anschließende ErfolgskontrolleTeilnahme an Schichtdiensten / Ruf - & Einsatzbereitschaften

Was Sie mitbringen:

Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z.B. Informatik, Ingenieurswesen, Elektrotechnik) oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung5-jährige Erfahrung im Cisco UC UmfeldGute Kenntnisse im Bereich CISCO UC / Herstellerzertifizierung (CCNP Collaboration, CCNP R&S)Erfahrung mit 3rd Party Applikationen des Hersteller, Enghouse (Andtek), OpenText (RightFax)Von Vorteil sind weitere Kenntnisse im Bereich Cisco Jabber / Webex / SPARK / VideoSehr gute konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten, sowie KommunikationsskillsHohe Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit, Eigeninitiative und hohes DienstleistungsbewusstseinBereitschaft zur ständigen WeiterbildungGute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
