Job Description A large hospital system is needing Sr. Director - Enterprise Architecture to join the Enterprise Architecture team as the Lead for Macro Architecture, focus across multiple business (verticals) and technology service (horizontals), establishing the Domain Vision and Strategies, and reporting to the AVP, Head of Architecture with this large hospital system. This includes driving the holistic multi cloud strategy, Micro Services strategy, AI Governance strategy and oversight for Enterprise Architecture Significant Initiatives and partner with the business and other technologies teams, bringing broad healthcare experience, strong architecture and technology knowledge, thought leadership and ability to deliver in a complex healthcare organization possessing a highly complex and diverse technology ecosystem. Skills and Requirements • 20-25 years experience a large Healthcare IT environment - includes driving the holistic multi cloud strategy, Micro Services strategy, AI Governance strategy and oversight for Enterprise Architecture (Business, Information & Data, Application, Technology, and Security). • 3+ years in people management and provide executive level architecture consulting/guidance to leadership. • Industry Cloud and AI certifications • Product model and Agile experience preferred (at scale). • Familiarity with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and architecture modeling tools (e.g. Abacus, IBIS, Orbus iServer, MEGA, LeanIX, etc.) preferred. • Strong Cloud, Micro Services, APIs, Data and AI strategy skills. • Familiarity with working in a product model and agile development based environment • Ability to lead C-level conversations with client stakeholders to ensure technology solutions that align with customer needs, while also leveraging existing enterprise capabilities and adhering to Key Enterprise Architecture Principles (KAPs). null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
