Job Description
An employer is seeking a Remote Telecom RingCentral Engineer for a contract role. This engineer will join a healthcare organization and assist with the companys deployment efforts to RingCentral across their US sites. This individual will be the primary telecom engineer for the office moves and work on deploying and implementing the new phone system out in the field and work with the sites to build out their telecom footprint. During the implementation they will document the changes, identify the forwarding calls to the carrier and provide ports to carriers. They will receive the design changes from the team architect, but they should be able to make the changes and script within CXOne. They may also have to run user training so the employees understand the new system works. Strong prioritization, communication and project management skills are required to be successful in the role.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years experience completing RingCentral deployments
Comfortable working in a complex environment with multiple projects occurring at the same time Experience scripting within Nice InContact/Nice CXone
Experience working with Contact Center null
