Summary:
Seeking a Remote Call Center Operator to efficiently and accurately answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a similar role preferred. Excellent verbal communication and listening skills. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Reliable high-speed internet connection.Preferred Skills:
Previous remote work experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes. Professional and courteous phone manner.Job Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally. Direct calls to the appropriate department or individual. Accurately take and relay messages. Provide basic information to callers as needed.Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
