REMOTE Quality Assurance Analyst
Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting software release cycles through comprehensive testing efforts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in manual testing, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for improving software quality. Key Responsibilities:  Support software release cycles with pre- and post-release testing, regression testing, and coordination with cross-functional teams.  Design and execute manual test plans including exploratory, functional, smoke, stress, and regression testing.  Create, maintain, and execute manual/exploratory test cases; document software defects clearly and thoroughly.  Develop test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures based on business requirements and acceptance criteria.  Execute and review automated test suite runs to validate software functionality.  Occasionally contribute to team planning and analysis of software development projects.  Optionally design and build automated tests to enhance product quality and development efficiency. Skills and Requirements Experience writing test cases in Zephyr or similar testing documentation tools.  Strong SQL skills for data validation and backend testing.  Familiarity with Postman or similar tools for API testing and communication.  Experience with manual testing methodologies and tools.  Ability to write clear and concise defect reports and test documentation.  Familiarity with test planning and execution across various testing types.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
