Skills and Requirements -Experience in the healthcare industry (particularly with UnitedHealthcare, United Health Group, Optum, OptumRx -Experience with claim management and claim adjudication platforms -Significant experience working with IT in an agile environment -Aha! or Rally user experience -Strong ability to produce executive communications and value stories -Proven ability to grow maturity and velocity within agile teams -Experience leading steering committee meetings and engaging with senior stakeholders -Demonstrated ability to take the lead and initiative to drive programs forward -Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges -Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
