The Imaging Program Manager leads the planning and execution of an enterprise-wide Sectra PACS rollout. This role drives coordination across clinical, technical, and vendor teams to ensure successful multi-market implementations.
Key responsibilities include managing governance processes, overseeing data migrations, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and coordinating with Sectra and other vendors to meet quality, scope, and timeline goals. The manager also mitigates risks, ensures operational readiness, and delivers smooth transitions to ongoing support. This role is critical to modernizing radiology services by enabling secure, cloud-based access to imaging tools, improving efficiency, and enhancing patient care

Skills and Requirements
7–10 years of progressive experience in program and project management, with a focus on healthcare IT or clinical systems.
PMP or equivalent project management certification.
Proven track record leading large-scale, multi-site PACS or imaging system implementations, preferably Sectra.
Experience managing enterprise-level data migrations with a focus on accuracy, performance, and integrity.
Strong understanding of radiology workflows, clinical systems integration, and cloud-based imaging technologies.
Demonstrated success working with diverse stakeholders, including clinicians, executives, IT teams, and vendors.
Knowledge of governance frameworks, reporting dashboards, and phase-gate delivery methodologies. Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s or MBA a plus).
