The Opportunity

Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hrs/week) or Part-Time (minimum 20 hours/week). Location: 100% Remote within the U.S. (Preference for East or West Coast-based physicians). Why Join? Ideal Candidate Profile

We are seeking mid-career to senior physicians with a foundational background in General Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine who possess a strong interest in next-generation digital health models.

Core Requirements (Strictly Non-Negotiable)

Experience: 5 – 10 years of experience in General Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine. Post-Residency: Minimum 3–4 years post-residency. Licensure Coverage: You MUST hold current, active medical licenses (MD or DO) in a combination of states that collectively cover at least 40% of the US adult population. This includes being actively licensed in at least one large-volume state (CA, NY, FL, or TX). Education: Medical training must be from US medical schools and training programs only. Location & Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen and physically based in the U.S., with authorisation to work.

Skills & Traits

Clinical Knowledge: Solid foundational medical knowledge and a proven track record of providing excellent care. Soft Skills: Strong communicator—personable and clear with patients during written and video consultations. Mission Alignment: High degree of excitement for digital health and comfort working in fast-changing, innovative environments. Digital Competency: Comfortable and competent with digital tools, including Zoom, Athena (EMR), Slack, Zendesk, and Retool.
