Job Description
This role offers an opportunity to support the launch of a new delivery program by recruiting local businesses to join a hub delivery partner network. You will work closely with a Field Manager and other local contractors to identify and visit prospective businesses, present the program, qualify leads, and guide them through the application process. You will also help organize and execute community-based recruitment events, manage a sales pipeline in Salesforce, and drive referrals through local organizations. The position involves regular travel within a two-hour driving radius and offers commission for each partner successfully converted.
ResponsibilitiesVisit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns within up to a two-hour driving distance.Present and pitch the new delivery partner program to prospective businesses and generate interest in applying.Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the full application process.Lead and manage all prospect and applicant activity within Salesforce, maintaining an accurate and up-to-date pipeline.Support the Field Manager in planning, coordinating, and hosting recruitment events in the community, such as lunch-and-learn sessions and town hall meetings.Collaborate with the Field Manager to engage local influencers and organizations, including chambers of commerce and economic development associations, to drive referrals.Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis to ensure data accuracy and consistency.Provide exceptional customer service to prospective partners, answering questions and addressing concerns throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.Solve problems for applicants in the field by leveraging available tools, systems, and resources.Maintain professionalism and a high sense of urgency while working with local businesses and community organizations.Consistently meet activity and conversion expectations to maximize partner recruitment and commission opportunities.Essential Skills1–2+ years of experience in an outbound sales role, preferably door-to-door.Experience in account management, including managing ongoing relationships with customers or partners.CRM experience required, with the ability to manage leads and pipelines in systems such as Salesforce.Sales experience with a focus on prospecting, pitching, and closing new business.Customer service experience with a strong focus on communication and support.Ability to travel up to four hours round-trip on a daily basis to visit prospective businesses.Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately manage data and documentation.Ability to solve problems independently for applicants in the field.Tech-savvy, with experience working with multiple systems and technologies.Additional Skills & Qualifications1–2 years of combined sales and/or customer service experience.Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.Field sales experience is a plus, especially in roles requiring in-person outreach.Prior experience in a role that involved sales and/or negotiation with customers is a plus.Demonstrated professionalism and enthusiasm for working with others in a team environment.High sense of urgency and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.Comfort using Excel and importing data into CRM systems such as Salesforce.Interest in building partnerships and relationships within the local community.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a Field Manager and other contractors.Work Environment
This position is based in and around Grand Forks, ND, with a focus on building partnerships in the local community. The role is primarily remote and field-based, with in-the-field work approximately four days per week. You will spend most of your time visiting businesses in person within a two-hour driving radius and working from home or a remote setting on administrative tasks. Fridays are designated as an administrative day, focused on updating Salesforce, importing Excel data, and completing follow-up activities. The role uses technologies such as Salesforce and Excel, along with standard communication tools. Mileage is reimbursed at a set rate per mile, and a monthly phone expense allowance is provided. The assignment offers the possibility of extension for up to two years, providing stability while you help expand a new delivery program in your region.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.
