Remote OSP Project Coordinator
Job Description The Project Coordinator will be responsible for working hand in hand with the Project Manager. The Project Coordinator will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineers, technicians, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. This individual will be responsible for working closely with internal and external resources to review fiber layouts, construction drawings, bill of materials, splicing documentation and other customer specific deliverables. Key Responsibilities:  Coordinate project activities across cross-functional teams and ensure timely communication and reporting  Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer requirements  Conduct regular project status meetings and provide project status reports to stakeholders  Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path activities  Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders  Participate in the development and improvement of project management methodologies and tools  Create and maintain detailed documentation of all quality assurance activities.  Provide training and guidance to OSP designers on quality standards, processes, and procedures.  Collaborate with other departments and teams.  Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in OSP technologies, and incorporate these into the quality assurance program.  Ensure that all OSP facilities meet customer requirements and expectations, and provide input and recommendations for continuous improvement.
