Job Description
The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing telecoms projects from initiation to closure. The role requires the ability to effectively plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects within the agreed scope, budget, and schedule while ensuring customer satisfaction. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineers, technicians, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage telecoms projects from initiation to closure within scope, schedule, and budget
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success
Coordinate project activities across cross-functional teams and ensure timely communication and reporting
Manage project changes and scope creep to ensure project goals are met
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer requirements
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide project status reports to stakeholders
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path activities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
Participate in the development and improvement of project management methodologies and tools

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering or computer science OR equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in telecoms project management with OSP project experience
Strong knowledge of telecoms networks and technologies
Experience with project management methodologies. Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously null
