Job Description We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM EPBCS Lead with a minimum 7+ years of relavent experience delivering both functional and technical capabilities in Oracle Cloud EPM, specifically EPBCS and PCMCS. This onshore SME role is responsible for leading planning operations, managing custom and out-of-the-box planning modules, writing and troubleshooting business rules, and supporting a custom-built Account Revenue Reconciliation engine. The ideal candidate should be be comfortable working in a multi-currency environment and collaborating with finance stakeholders to ensure planning applications are delivering value and operational consistency. Responsibilities will include: • Act as the onshore EPBCS lead, managing the day-to-day operations and health of the EPM platform. • Support and enhance modules such as Workforce Planning, Capex, and custom applications including Account Revenue Reconciliation. • Develop and troubleshoot business rules (Calc Scripts, Groovy, etc.), perform data integration tasks via Data Management, and optimize application performance. • Lead and coordinate planning cycles, user acceptance testing (UAT), and period-close alignment. • Ensure proper handling of multi-currency configurations and FX translation processes. • Serve as a liaison between Finance and IT, ensuring requirements are translated into functional and scalable solutions. • Provide documentation, training, and support for end users and internal teams. • Collaborate closely with offshore team, share load appropriately We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements - 7+ years Oracle EPM experience - 2+ years in cloud EPBCS Experience (expertise) expert level (hands on experience support, implementation and gone through a real experience, hands on experience, cloud implementation or support experience) - Experience managing day to day operations and health and troubleshooting the work (it’s a pure technical role) Team of offshore is 4-5 team members - Ability to support on EST hours - Experience with PCMCS (hands on) - Account Revenue Recognition (multi models and hands on experience) worked on custom solutions
