Job Description An employer is looking for an experienced MD Neurologist to join our client's clinical leadership team in a telehealth capacity. This role focuses on oversight and compliance rather than direct patient care. You will ensure clinical protocols are followed, manage nursing staff, and support operational excellence across the business. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and maintain clinical SOPs and ensure compliance with established protocols. - Manage and provide guidance to 1 RN initially, with potential growth to 5 RNs. - Ensure patient care plans are properly implemented and monitored. - Handle occasional customer and clinic calls (covering approximately 25–30 clinics) during regular business hours. - Collaborate with internal teams to maintain high standards of care and operational efficiency.
