Job Description An aerospace manufacturing employer is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join their team remotely. The MS Dynamics 365 Developer should also have strong Power Pages experience and will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting a customer‑facing case management system built on Dynamics 365 Online. The platform serves airlines, operators, and aerospace maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) shops, enabling secure submission, tracking, and resolution of service requests within a web‑based portal. This role is heavily development‑focused (80%+), with hands‑on responsibility for Dynamics 365 customization and extension using Dataverse, Power Apps (model‑driven and canvas), Power Automate, JavaScript, and Power Pages, including form logic, security roles, and integrations. The developer will build and enhance workflows, business rules, and data models, integrate external services where required, and manage source control and deployments using Visual Studio, GitHub, and CI/CD practices, while tracking work in Jira. Approximately 20% of the role will involve contributing to solution architecture and design decisions, ensuring performance, scalability, and security. Experience incorporating AI‑driven capabilities—such as Microsoft Copilot, intelligent automation, or AI‑assisted case routing and summarization—to improve processing speed and user efficiency is strongly preferred.
