Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist for a 10 week contract, to support the HIPAA Logging Team while someone is out on maternity leave. This person will learn the voicemail system, HIPAA logging and any other area that the team needs help with. Key responsibilities include verifying and entering data from request forms and ensuring timely communication and follow-through. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, comfortable making follow-up calls, and capable of maintaining accuracy and professionalism in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
