With 2023 revenues of $20\.4 billion, we are a Fortune 500 company who is committed to providing an inclusive work environment with continuous learning opportunities and development for our teams\. **GENERAL PURPOSE:** The HRIS lead will be responsible for analysis, design, implementation, maintenance, and general administration of various HRIS systems including the ATS, Service Now, Performance and Talent platforms\. Lead highly technical, specialized, and complex systems projects, including new system implementations, with an emphasis on building out global system capabilities\. Collaborate and partner with cross\-functional teams including HR, IT, Legal, and business partners across the organization\. Design system test plans and test scenarios\. Conduct systems testing to ensure the integrity of sensitive data\. Provide guidance and assistance to other HR Systems Analysts\. Establish and maintain system security and access levels for all users\. Maintain internal database files and tables and develop custom reports to meet the requirements of Human Resource management and staff\. The ideal candidate is a team leader with technical subject matter expertise in HRIS who has experience implementing new applicant tracking systems, performance management and succession modules while being able to coach/mentor junior analysts\. The base salary range for this role is $108,800 \- $165,950\. The base salary range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location\. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees\. Other rewards vary by position and location\. AS, ASM and SM Associates in Stores and Exempt Corporate and Merchandising roles are also eligible to receive a Bonus based on individual and business performance\. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:** **Systems Analysis, Design, Implementation and Maintenance** • Collaborate with business users, IT, and vendors on requirements gathering and translating them to the team to analyze, review configurations, and provide recommended solutions related to the build out of global HRIS programs • Assess current processes and recommend system changes and enhancements to ensure effective tracking and management of Human Resources data • Clearly identify business needs and drive system solutions including proper documentation and change management • Lead system upgrades through the development of test plans and user acceptance testing • Lead testing teams to ensure timely implementation of system upgrades, fixes, and enhancements • Partner with IT for Integration related issues and track to identifying them and providing fixes\. • Ensure technical documentation is created and maintained including proper training of users • Additional system responsibilities include support of Applicant Tracking System, Performance Management and succession modules along with related processes, business rules, policies, and standards **Systems Administration** • Develops and maintains documentation of system configuration and business processes used by the HRIS team • Manage updates to system configuration based on changes in the organization, legal requirements, and business processes • Maintain files and tables used by different HR Systems which affect user access and/or system functionality • Lead system issue resolution process in collaboration with HRIS Analysts, IT, operations, and vendors\. **COMPETENCIES:** **People** • Building Effective Teams \(for managers of People and Projects\) • Developing Talent \(for managers of people only, N/A for this role/level\) • Collaboration **Self** • Leading by Example • Communicates Effectively • Ensures Accountability and Execution • Manages Conflict **Business** • Business Acumen • Plans, Aligns and Prioritizes • Organizational Agility **With particular emphasis on the following specific position\-related competencies:** • Problem Solving • Perseverance **QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:** • Bachelor's degree • Minimum of 7 years of prior HRIS experience • Experience supporting and implementing global HRIS preferred; specifically, recruiting, onboarding, succession, and performance modules • Work independently • Review and analyze data to identify and resolve problems • Excellent analytical and customer service skills • Ability to interact with all levels of internal and external personnel • Ability to exercise discretion with highly confidential information • Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with all levels of associates • High attention to detail and accuracy • Proficiency in advanced Excel \(VLOOKUP, Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA\) • Working knowledge of SQL and understanding and working experience with back\-end technologies, including APIs and web services is preferred • Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Success Factors, and/or ICIMs preferred **PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ADA:** This position requires the ability to work in an office environment, including using a computer, attending meetings, working as part of a team, and the ability to communicate with team members and others\. Regular attendance also is a requirement of the position\.
