We’re hiring **Italian-speaking** **Customer Service Representatives** to join our remote team in **Poland,** supporting one of the **world’s most iconic automotive brands** .
**What You’ll Do**
+ Provide professional support via multiple channels, such as phone, chat, and other communication platforms.
+ Guide customers through their purchase and post-purchase journey.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solutions.
+ Update databases accurately and professionally.
+ Offer tailored product suggestions and support.
+ Adapt to change and support all tasks as needed for smooth service delivery.
+ Be the friendly voice of a world-class brand.

**What We Expect**
