Remote IT Support Specialist
Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Remote IT Support Specialist working for a large healthcare company. This candidate will be assisting with answering the phones from the help desk of clinical tickets such as physicians, nurses, etc. who need assistance logging into the internal system. There has been an upgrade in Sharepoint and every clinical individual will have to re-login to the system, which many will need assistance with and will be calling in. Duties include assisting where to go on the website to login, helping them find their portal, guiding them to locating their correct login/password, etc. This position is looking to pay around $20 - $24hr. Shifts for this will range from 8 hour shifts between 6 am- 9 pm EST and will include weekends. Candidate MUST reside in one of the following states: 1. Alabama 2. Delaware 3. Florida 4. Georgia 5.
