Remote Customer Service Representative - Ken Garff Listening Center
The Ken Garff Listening Center is a contact center that is currently looking for Remote Customer Service Representatives!

The Listening Center is open from 6 AM to 7 PM Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Saturdays, and closed Sundays. Mountain Time
Network Requirements:

Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally.Determine the customer’s concerns and schedule the necessary appointment.Communicate with the customer in a way that leaves them feeling comfortable, informed, and feeling that they have been heard.Document and update customer records.Establish and maintain great customer relationships.Be a team player and uphold Ken Garff’s standards of professionalism and integrity.Qualifications:
Positive, energetic, enthusiastic, and service-oriented.Must provide your own equipmentProficient computer skills, capable of managing multiple systems, and able to type 40 + wpmThe ability to help solve customer problemsExcellent problem-solving and communication skills. (Written and verbal)Ability to multitask, organize & prioritize—in other words, work smart.Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.High School Diploma or equivalentMust be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS!Must be located in Utah, Texas, Nevada, Arizona, Wyoming, or IowaBenefits of working at Ken Garff Listening Center:
