Job Description
Insight Global is hiring a (REMOTE) HR Manager fo a Big 4 firm. They will be focused on influencing and improving the firms global Acceleration centers people experience related initiatives.
Responsibilities will include:
• Liaise between the US COEs and the local AC People Teams
• Help drive/deliver the Firm’s people experience strategy with a focus on:
Well-being
Apprenticeship (On the job learning)
Listening tools (employee surveys)
Retention
Activators (employees who help drive people strategy)
Appreciation / recognition
Support the AC People Council
Role Considerations:
• Will work in a global setting - working across global time zones and cultures, may require some early morning meetings
• Will have direct support from Senior Director and opportunity to coach Manager

Skills and Requirements
5-7 years experience in a HR Manager, Generalist or HR partner role
Enterprise/large corporate background
Storytelling via slide decks
Proven success driving initiatives within PEOPLE EXPERIENCE
RETENTION experience within HR
Project Management; such as helping implement new communication programs or operation plans
Identifying areas to help drive strategy
Ability to analyze data, summarize insights and make recommendations for actions
Strong, succinct communication skills as we work in a matrix organization with many stakeholders
