Remote Healthcare Data Entry Representative
Job Title: Data Entry Specialist – Medical Review Processing Start Date: 10/14 Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST Pay Rate: $16/hour Location: Remote (must provide own laptop) Job Overview We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialists to support the processing of Independent Medical Reviews. This role involves handling sensitive client information and entering data into internal systems using Microsoft Word and Excel. Key Responsibilities + Receive and log new case information from clients + Extract and input data from forms into Microsoft Word and Excel + Ensure accurate and thorough data entry throughout the review process + Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations + Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of cases Requirements + Must have access to a personal laptop to be considered for this role + Basic understanding of HIPAA regulations and the importance of handling sensitive information + Strong attention to detail, reliability, and accuracy + Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Skills & Qualifications + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) + Ability to convert Word documents to PDF and insert tables + Familiarity with Excel functions such as pivot tables and column management + Previous experience in data entry or administrative support preferred + Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
