Remote Epic/RCM Solution Architects
Job Description A large hospital system is hiring 2 Epic/RCM Solution Architects to design solutions, create workflows of epic front end back end revenue cycle functionalities. Formulate and define system scope and requirements using analysis of information in the development of information systems. Creates and modifies procedures to solve complex business problems considering system limitations and capacity. Responsibilities: Design architecture including software, hardware, and communications to support total requirements and future cross-functional needs. Ensure systems are compatible and compliant with agency IT standards and integration profiles. Provide detailed specifications to developers. Evaluate new software/system modifications with technical expertise. Ensure compliance with the common operating environment. Analyze and resolve workflow, organizational, and planning issues. Skills and Requirements Minimum 5 years of Solutions Architect Revenue Cycle technology experience. Must have healthcare provider industry experience. Strong experience with Epic RevCycle, including implementation of: • Digital Payment/Billing • Hospital Billing (HB) • Professional Billing (PB) • Digital Arrival (Welcome) Epic certifications in relevant modules (HB/PB) are required. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field required. MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
