Job Description
The candidate will be supporting E&I USP Data & Analytics strategy around fraud transformation, improving operational efficiencies, affordability gaps etc., and will also be supporting enterprise program for retail like experience from a Payment Integrity standpoint helping reimagine how we identify healthcare fraud, waste and abuse, and how we make some of these more real time. As a part of the role, candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining various business dashboards and reports, helping perform data analysis, analyze large amounts of data to discover trends and patterns, engage with data engineering teams and IT for data requirements, participate in solution design and problem articulation discussions with business and manage day to day leadership communication.
The team you will be working with comprises of 3-4 data analysts/scientists working alongside the project manager.
Top responsibilities for this position -
• Understand business requirements and convert into analytical solution
• Create analytical reports and Tableau/Power BI dashboards as per specifications received from business partners
• Analyze large amounts of information to discover trends, patterns and insights
• Manage day to day leadership and stakeholder communication including development plan
• Develop impactful presentations and documents to communicate analysis output
• Participate in business brainstorming session and drive solution approach for a given problem at hand

Skills and Requirements
• Relevant graduation or post-graduation degree
• 6-8 years of experience in business analysis creating analytical reports and dashboards
• Good knowledge of Business intelligence & Dashboarding tools like Tableau/Power BI, etc.
• Good knowledge of SQL
• Must have sound knowledge of tabular data handling & manipulation
• Knowledge of statistical programming language such as R/Python
• Understanding & experience of Bigdata techniques and cloud native technologies such as Spark, Databricks etc.
• Should be proficient in MS Office tools as Excel/PowerPoint/Access
• Ability to take responsibility and deliver projects • Prior experience on US Healthcare Domain is good to have
