About the Role
Get Insured is seeking passionate, tech-savvy Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team! If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love solving problems, and enjoy helping others navigate healthcare options, this is your chance to make a real impact—all from the comfort of your home.
What You’ll Do
+ Answer inbound calls and respond to live chat inquiries
+ Reset passwords, assist with account creation, and upload documents
+ Provide clear, friendly guidance on healthcare coverage and eligibility
+ Troubleshoot issues and find creative solutions to customer problems
+ Stay sharp—learn our products, policies, and procedures inside and out
+ ️ Input customer data and handle various administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For
+ ️ Strong customer service skills with a professional, helpful attitude
+ ️ Computer literacy and comfort navigating software platforms
+ ☎️ Experience handling inbound calls (call center or high-level retail/food service)
+ Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
+ Reliable home setup with quiet environment and internet troubleshooting skills

Schedule
Initial Training & Work Hours (subject to change during OEP season):
+ Shift #1: Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM EST
+ Shift #2: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr.
