Job Description: + Responsible for delivering the highest level of customer service + Taking inbound calls from customers and members + Assist with account management tasks such as password resets, account creation, uploading documents + Verify eligibility for insurance coverages and review healthcare options + Administrative duties as assigned Skills and Qualifications: + Problem solver: ability to find creative solutions to any and all inquiries and concerns in a timely manner + Quick learner: ability become an expert regarding knowledge on company products, services, and offerings + Adaptable: ability to be flexible through operational changes/program updates + Good communicator: ability to provide well-rounded responses to questions, ability to elaborate on their understanding of policies and procedures, and ability to display professionalism and respect while doing so + Must be able to provide reliable high speed internet (35mbps download speed or better) + 1-3 Years Remote Call Center or Relevant Customer Service Experience Schedule: Monday - Friday shifts between 7:45am - 8:15pm EST If Interested, please apply with your most updated resume!
