Remote Coordinator

Position Summary

The LifeClinic Remote Coordinator maintains and executes the LifeClinic business plans and adjusts as needed to deliver results at or above company expectations in patient acquisition, retention, and collections for multiple clinic locations. They will apply their extensive knowledge of LifeClinic’s mission and services to proactively meet our patient’s needs, efficiently answer any questions, and maintain patient accounts. They will communicate with LifeClinic team members and patients via Teams, SharePoint, email, and phone.  

Job Duties/Responsibilities

Communicates proactively with patients while engaging them in their careEnsures that all necessary forms for each patient are complete and reflected in their accountWorks with the doctor(s) to ensure accurate medical records and patient treatment plansUnderstands and responds to questions regarding patient finances and their contribution to careCollects and processes paymentsManages the clinic’s entire patient scheduling ensuring patients schedule according to their treatment planOther duties as assigned

Minimum Required Qualifications   

Education:

High school diploma or GED

Years of Experience:

1 to 3 years of experience working in the healthcare and/or customer service industry

Position Requirements

This is a fully remote position, with no in-person attendance required except in limited business circumstances that would be communicated in advance.This position requires Wi-Fi/high-speed internet services. The cost for such services will be the responsibility of the employee.The working hours for this position are as follows:Hours are aligned with the time zone of the majority of the clinics supported. Example, if a majority of clinics are EST, then working hours are aligned to EST.Monday and Wednesday: 7am-12pm; 1-6pmTuesday and Thursday: 11am-6pmFriday: 7am-1pmThis position can be performed remotely in all states except the following:CaliforniaDistrict of ColumbiaIllinoisMontanaNew HampshireNew YorkNorth DakotaSouth DakotaSeattle, WA

Preferred Qualifications:

2- or 4-year experience in a health care or customer service field.
