Job Description: This is a 7 to 9 month contract position for candidates non local to the Cleveland, Ohio market supporting a government project for an architecture firm.
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from
inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects.Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines.Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and legal requirements.Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and safety.Manage procurement of materials and equipment.Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during construction.Prepare and present progress reports to clients and Sr management.Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication among all parties.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project managementProven track record of managing commercial or residential construction projects.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, AutoCAD).PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.Workplace Type

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00/hr.
