Skills and Requirements 2+ years of project management experience Strong knowledge of: Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and hybrid project methodologies Project planning, delivery, and risk management Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Experience managing cross-functional teams (e.g., Data Engineers, Developers, Analysts, QA) Proficiency in: Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) Jira and ServiceNow Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, or Computer Science (Master’s preferred) PMP, Agile, SAFe, or Scrum Master certifications Experience in data governance or analytics environments Understanding of data governance frameworks and strategies null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
