Skills and Requirements 5+ years as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst 3+ years in enterprise software development or administration Strong experience with: Collibra platform (especially Collibra Protect) Requirements gathering and translation Workflow and process analysis Agile methodologies and product ownership Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills Experience with: Business process automation Data governance tools (e.g., Informatica Data Quality) LucidChart/Visio for process design Database technologies Writing epics and user stories Healthcare industry knowledge Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Math, or related field null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
