+ Manages and resolve daily operational tickets within SLA to ensure smooth business continuity. + Coordinates software and application deployments into various environments. + Monitors and supports production environment + Supports escalated issues from front-line technicians. + Analyzes system performance and implement optimizations to improve efficiency to address the fast-evolving infrastructure. + Develops tools and automation to improve workflows and processes. + Manages access provisioning and enforce security best practices. + Supports all Company initiatives, policies, operating procedures, processes. + Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors. + Must be able to juggle priorities and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Work can be routine and challenging both at the same time. + This position requires physical presence at workplace. **Job Requirements** + Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related disciplines.
