Remote Contract
Our client is a global leader in the steel and mining industry, specializing in infrastructure steel products. Located in Chicago, IL, they deliver top-notch products and services, boast superior production efficiency, and foster a workplace dedicated to employee development.
We are currently seeking a fully remote temporary Benefits Administrator for a 2 - 3 month contract to provide crucial support during a busy season. This role offers an opportunity to contribute meaningfully by handling essential tasks and helping the team manage a high workload.

Billing tasks: Input data into Excel templates, prepare and send invoices Data entry: Work with spreadsheets containing formulas; ensure accuracy Support ad hoc projects (e.g., managing employee records, such as updates for former employees Communicate effectively with team members, HR, and other departments as needed Follow detailed instructions and assist with project-based tasks Provide administrative support, including document preparation in Word and ExcelWhat You Bring To The Table:
Strong PC skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word) Excellent attention to detail and ability to double-check work for accuracy Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Clear communication skills and a willingness to follow procedures Prior experience in data entry, billing, or administrative support is a plusABOUT US:
