Airswift is seeking a Remediation Manager (Intermediate) to work with one of our clients in Balzac, AB.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced environmental professional with strong field and technical expertise to support our remediation and reclamation projects.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the completion of remediation, reclamation and asset retirement projects

• Assist in planning and coordination of fieldwork

• Data interpretation, analysis, prepare and compile technical reports

• Conduct Remedial Programs. Experience with Phase I, II and III ESA’s

• Offer support for a variety of projects

Qualifications/ Experience:

• Degree or technical diploma in an environmental science or related field

• Minimum 3-5 years experience completing similar work

• Have ground disturbance experience

• Knowledge and experience with Remediation/Reclamation Guidelines

• Proficiency in computer software and industry related programs

• Solid understanding and experience in the upstream oil and gas sector

• Valid standard industry safety tickets and Class 5 driver’s license

• Membership or intent to obtain designation with a professional association is required

• Have experience directing and coordinating heavy equipment contractors
