Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Remarketing Inventory Coordinator. The Remarketing Inventory Coordinator will work with the existing team responsible for vehicle check-in, organization, reconditioning, paperwork and overall vehicle control for the Remarketing department.

Ability to organize and account for fluctuating inventory (lot organization/in or outbound vehicles)Check in and process 100+ vehicles transactions (daily)High volume lot organization with safety, efficiency, and security in mindMaintain systems for key organization and security of inventoryAccurately complete paperwork associated with repairs, pick-up and delivery of vehiclesEffective vendor/account engagement including, but not limited to: scheduling minor repairs, coordinating pick up and delivery, handling multiple vehicle transactionsNotify Management of potential safety concerns regarding equipment, lot conditions and vehiclesPerform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned (i.e additional administrative work, light janitorial, driving, etc.)Able to perform physical requirements related to PDI process Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of ageMust be able to read, write, and speak EnglishMust be able to work outdoors (parking lot and garage) in all weather conditions with long periods of walking and standingMust have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 yearsNo drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 yearsMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the futureApart from religious observation, must be able to work the following shift/schedule: Monday-Friday (7am-4pm)
