After 90 Days: $23.45/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:30 PM – 2:00 PM
About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Remanufacturing Technician to safely disassemble, clean, requalify, rework, and assemble Traction Motor Combo components. You’ll use manual and automated equipment, inspect components for quality, and help maintain a lean, efficient production process. Some tasks may require special training or certification, like welding or non-destructive testing.
What You’ll Do:
Safely perform tasks following all EHS procedures.
Operate production equipment and hand tools.
Inspect components to meet internal quality and engineering standards.
Complete and sign off process documentation.
Support lean manufacturing initiatives such as 5S and single-piece flow.
Requirements:
High school diploma / GED preferred (verification waived).
Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience.
Knowledge of EHS procedures and safe equipment use.
Familiarity with inspection tools and quality procedures.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Pay Details: $22.50 per hour
