Job Description

Direct the development of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost goals. Prioritize production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply. Plan and administer procedures and budgets. Make budgetary recommendations regarding and, at higher levels, control capital expenditures and direct/indirect labor. Develop schedules and personnel requirements for assigned areas. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

This position is located in Guadalupe, Nuevo Leon and you will be report to a local Team Lead.

Your Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations in the remanufacturing area, ensuring production goals are met.Lead a team of 30+ employees, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and performance.Oversee inventory control activities, including cycle counts and reconciliation.Ensure compliance with internal audit requirements and support audit readiness.Use systems for tracking production and inventory data.Analyze operational data using Excel (can perform complex functions) to identify trends and lead improvements.Coordinate with teams to resolve issues and implement process enhancements.Promote and apply Lean Manufacturing principles.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.Advanced English proficiency.Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.Shift availability

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

Lean manufacturing or formal training.Experience using SAP and CRM/Dispatch systems.Experience in remanufacturing environments.Knowledge of Rockwell Automation (RA) products and processes.Familiarity with safety and quality standards in industrial settings.
