Job Description:
Primary responsibilities are to work on a team sorting, organizing, donating and trash removal of items in homes; prepare and run online auctions and in-person sales; downsize and declutter; pack, move and resettle clients

Roles and Responsibilities: Sort and organize household goods to be moved or soldPack and unpack household goodsMove supplies and boxesPrepare homes for sale (may include light cleaning)Prepare items for estate sale or online auction along with managing sale, pick-up & shipmentsLifting and moving of boxes/decor and some furniture within the homeProvide exceptional customer service as you interact with clients and their familiesProvide exceptional employee service as you work closely with a dedicated team of employeesPart-time, flexible hours - no two days or weeks are the sameQualifications and Skills:Must be able to lift and move 30 poundsMust be able to walk up and down stairs with easeMust be able to stand and work for long periods of timeMust have a valid driver’s license and reliable source of transportationAvailable to work most weekdays and occasional SaturdaysComfortable with a part-time, flexible schedule (no guarantee of hours/week)Capable of working in cluttered, dusty or dirty environments and in varying weather conditionsAccess to a smart phone for scheduling, time-keeping & project management apps
