Overview:
Mitie is seeking a professional and adaptable Relief Security Officer to provide security coverage across multiple sites. This role offers variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to develop within a leading UK security provider.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain the safety and security of people, property, and assets across multiple locations.
Follow Assignment Instructions (AIs) and ensure compliance with all security and safety procedures.
Deliver high standards of service in line with KPIs and SLAs.
Handle incidents professionally, demonstrating sound judgment and calm under pressure.
Regularly review site processes and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
Requirements:
Valid SIA License
Full UK driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
Previous experience in a professional security role.
Excellent communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel and cover shifts at short notice.
