As a Technical Support Services Specialist, you will be responsible for post-sales support of customer issues. This can include repairs (both returns and field), technical support or a field service or other service request. Develops an operational year plan for the own department activities. Suggests improvements in products, processes and procedures. Contributes to plan of larger unit.

Fuel your passion

As Technical Support Services Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Maintaining KPI’s pertaining to Service Delivery Technical team.

Leading tool and service failure investigations.

Presenting equipment dismantle findings to clients. Providing likely chain of events leading to root cause of failure and recommendations for improvement.

Working closely with local functional groups to ensure cases are progressed in a timely manner.

Reporting tear down updates to global reliability team and managing incident evidence hand-over for additional support/analysis.

Providing support to Field Service team as needed.

Analyzing data and presenting reliability statistics to customers in quarterly / bi-annually / annual business review meetings.

Seeking and implementing methods that improve team productivity.

To be successful in this role you will:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED) with at least 5 years of experience in Services.

Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Technical Support.

Desired Characteristics:

Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead small teams. Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.

Effective problem identification and solution skills. Proven analytical and organizational ability.

Basic understanding of conventional and unconventional oil & gas production.

Experience with electrical submersible pumps.
