This is a high-impact role in a global environment, offering career growth and collaboration across international teams. **What You’ll Do** + Lead the plant’s Reliability Excellence (RE) strategy to achieve Zero Maintenance Downtime. + Drive initiatives to reduce equipment failures and improve operational efficiency. + Optimize planned maintenance using root cause analysis and predictive maintenance practices. + Manage maintenance budgets aligned with AOP goals, reducing costs across labor, overtime, spare parts, and contracted services. + Support capital projects, ensuring seamless integration, maintainability, and technological competitiveness. + Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards (TS 16949, OHSAS 18000, ISO 9001, ISO 14000). + Mentor and develop a high-performing team aligned with Goodyear’s values. **What We’re Looking For** + Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering. + 5–10 years of technical experience in industrial environments (tire or automotive preferred). + Fluent English and strong expertise in industrial maintenance (equipment, facilities, infrastructure). + Experience with TPM principles, predictive maintenance, and statistical tools (MTBF, MTTR, OEE). + Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. **What Will Set You Apart** + Master’s degree in operations management or related field. + Six Sigma Black Belt certification. + 5–7 years of leadership experience in high-precision manufacturing environments. \#LI-SN1 Goodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
