Job DescriptionThis is a full-time, 3-month internship/co-op, with an anticipated start date in May of 2026.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to).
Facilitate Reliability Centered Maintenance analysisImplement Maintenance and Reliability strategies and plans into Veolia's corporate Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)Supports and manages projects based on the Facilities Capital Works PlanSupports in developing the Asset Register and HierarchiesDevelop and implement equipment reliability strategies, including condition monitoring, visual inspections, non-destructive testing (NDT), and equipment mappingOversee the implementation of predictive technologies, including vibration analysis, ultrasonic analysis, thermography, PdMA, oil analysis, corrosion detection, and dissolved gas analysisParticipate technical incident investigations through Root Cause Failure Analysis (Cause Mapping/Fault Tree Diagram/5Whys/Cost Benefit Analysis) and implementation of recommended solutionsPerform Engineering Reliability & Performance Analysis/MonitoringDevelop critical spare parts strategiesCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation to guide the efficient manufacture of productsAssist with sourcing and installation of new equipment for use in manufacturing. System design, fabrication of parts and system assemblyCoordinate tasks for the team, monitor work progress, and ensure quality standards are maintained May take on a coaching or mentoring role for junior team membersQualificationsSkills:

This role is best suited for anyone currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) program (Reliability, Chemical, Environmental, Industrial, or Mechanical) or a Chemistry Bachelor of Science (BSc) program. Consideration will also be given to other science-based technical programs and degrees.
Additional InformationCompensation:
The salary range is tied to the market for similarly benchmarked roles. The range is not an absolute, but a guide, and offers will be based on the individual candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions, as well as internal peer equity. Depending upon all the preceding considerations for the final selected individual candidate, the offer may be lower or higher than the stated range: $21-24/hr.
