About the job 

As a Reliability Engineering Intern with Sanofi you will provide Technical support to the Production Department on reliability improvement elements, as directed by the site’s Reliability Excellence  Program, including the management of the production Predictive Maintenance system, building of Bill of Materials (BOMs) for Critical Fill Finish Equipment, progressing the build of critical spare parts, facilitating Failure Modes, Effects & Criticality Analysis (FMECA) Events within Fill Finish, and generating/providing key data for Equipment Performance Reviews on Critical production Equipment.

Main responsibilities:

Ensure safe execution of all activities in compliance with cGMP, regulatory, and corporate standards

Support predictive maintenance and performance reviews for critical production equipment

Build and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and manage critical spare parts with vendors

Collaborate with SMEs and the Reliability Excellence Team during FMECA events and ensure timely processing of outputs

Organize and manage technical documentation related to equipment performance and maintenance

Contribute to the site’s Unplanned Downtime Governance process by collecting and sharing key data

Participate in production-related initiatives and support leadership activities including coaching and team development

Support Equipment Validation & Periodic re-Qualification Team in execution of protocols

About you  

To excel in this role, you will need to:

Be in the penultimate year of your undergraduate or postgraduate (Master’s) studies, with an expected graduation date in 2027

Be pursuing a degree in a STEM field, preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, Biomedical, or Digital Engineering (Honours)

Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Show strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Be a self-starter who is highly motivated and eager to learn

Have a professional and open communication style

Work effectively as a team player in a collaborative environment

Be organized, resourceful, and innovative in your approach

Embrace continuous learning and improvement
