Summary: Seeking Reliability Engineers with expertise in predictive analytics and condition monitoring for onsite support at Kennecott.
Required experience: 2 - 5 years
Experience with Aveva PRiSM Predictive Analytics software
Familiarity with OSI PI, SAP PM module, Aveva Ampla, Bentley ALIM
Background in rotating equipment, electrical motors, pumps, and mining/processing equipment
Experience in condition monitoring, reliability engineering, or predictive maintenance
MSHA and OSHA certified
Responsibilities:
Daily monitoring of Aveva PRiSM alerts and validation to filter out false positives
Coordination with site SMEs to initiate corrective actions based on alerts
Review and cross-check alerts with work orders and notifications in SAP PM module
Participate in site leadership meetings to provide predictive insights
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and case study documentation
Pay Details: $45.00 to $55.00 per hour
