Reliability Engineer
**Role Description** Reliability Engineer is responsible for applying preventive and predictive maintenance procedures, supporting and developing equipment maintenance plan for the assigned manufacturing area with the aim of uninterrupted maintenance of equipment in order to reach the set productivity.   **Main responsibilities** : + Perform daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly inspections of industrial machines and electrical-mechanical assemblies during their operation and in idle state, while applying recommendations of the equipment manufacturer in accordance with the valid procedures; + Serve as tech support for maintenance on a daily basis and hold technical training for reactive and preventive maintenance team members; + Work on standardization of parts and make recommendations for minimum and maximum stocks of spare parts and materials in the Store; + Analyze equipment breakdowns and downtime reports, to detect recurring issues and develop actions to reduce their impact on equipment reliability using work order management systems like SAP or CMMS; + Closely collaborate with corporate equipment reliability engineers to share solutions and to reduce unplanned downtime on industrial machines and equipment, reduce costs and improve reliability; + Apply modern techniques and methods of predictive diagnostics (ultrasound, thermal vision, vibration diagnostics, motor circuit analysis, etc.) to increase equipment reliability and early detection of potential breakdowns of industrial machines and electrical-mechanical assemblies; + Responsible for creating a lubrication route and implementation of automatic lubrication for machines within the assigned work unit; + Participate in daily maintenance and production coordination meetings, quality improvement meetings and other meetings as required;   **Requirements** : + VI/VII degree of education (Mechanical/Electrical Engineering background) + Excellent computer skills and use of MS Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook) + Advanced English language skills + Team spirit + Adaptability, agility, patience, ability to meet tight deadlines  **What We Offer** : As a dynamic and innovative leader, Goodyear is committed to providing a rewarding and fulfilling work environment.
