About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Electrical Reliability Engineer to join our team in Tampa. This role is critical to ensuring the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of electrical systems and instrumentation within a demanding industrial manufacturing setting.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead reliability initiatives for electrical systems, instrumentation, and equipment across the facility.Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.Develop and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve equipment uptime and performance.Analyze failure data and trends to drive continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical reliability within a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment.Strong knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, power distribution, and industrial controls.Proficiency in reliability tools such as FMEA, RCA, and CMMS systems.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
