Reliability Engineer

Job Description:

Location: Slough, United Kingdom with full week on site
Salary: £49,000 - £58,000, annual bonus, benefits

What are we looking for? 

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar, or equivalent experience

Proven analytical capability and change management capability

Knowledge of manufacturing technologies and pipeline practices, technical analysis in production environment

Loss analysis skills, specifically experience with mechanical and process breakdown analysis

Project management skills 

What will be your key responsibilities? 

Ownership for the reliability performance for multiple production lines, leading loss analysis and executing preventative actions

Preparing designs, project controls and specifications, schedules, cost estimates, production, transportation, installation, testing and/or commissioning of new infrastructure, facilities, equipment, etc. 

Monitoring progress and performance against the project plan; taking action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays 

Identifying, developing, and gathering the resources necessary to execute projects

May include preparing engineering standards, designs and work specifications; developing project schedules, budgets and forecasts; and selecting materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors
