Support Regional R&M Leaders in deploying and sustaining reliability initiatives at the site level

Act as a global integrator of asset knowledge, OEE insights, and failure data across the organization

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Reliability, or Industrial Engineering

+7 years of experience in reliability engineering, maintenance, or asset performance in a manufacturing or industrial environment

Proven leadership of reliability programs at scale, including hands-on experience with OEE implementation and process improvement
