Ensures reliability and availability of production and utilities equipment through pro-active (RCM) approach developing, updating and deploying the HACS into the EAM/CMMS as well as supporting the SPM program. Initiates and drives maintenance processes to improve performance, reduce costs and optimise asset lifecycles. Steers and facilitates CI program based on TPM. Owns the management of change & compliance process.
Maintenance is a safe working environment and all food/safety standards are captured as repetitive activities in the EAM/CMMS covering Maintenance tasks, plans and BOM’s, bills of material. All as a condition to ensure brewery compliance of food/safety standards during Maintenance work.
AM step 5 conditions captured in the HACS focusing on implementation of Q-points.Active monitoring and control of the EAM/CMMS and it’s data.
Pro-active interaction Maintenance for HACS deployment and MOC.
Well-functioning Maintenance Engineering network sharing knowledge, good practices and information.Requirements:
English proficiency: intermediate / advanced
Bachelor or University degree by education or experience with a technical background.
Min 5 years FMCG site experience as Maintenance or Reliability Engineer
MOC and MDM experience
Experience in driving continuous improvement
Proven experience in working on complex projects and collaborating effectively with internal and external partners
